The Story

Indulge yourself with these Smoked Pitted Castelvetrano Olives from FUME-eh! Their smooth and buttery flavour is sharpened by the applewood smoking process. Perfect for martinis, caesars, charcuterie boards... or eating straight out of the jar (we won't tell).

Sold in a 250mL jar
Made in British Columbia, Canada

Refrigerate after opening

Ingredients: Castelvetrano olives, water, salt, citric acid

FUME-eh is a family-owned Canadian business focused on producing naturally-smoked olives and artichokes. The company was founded by partners Chris and Paula, who were inspired after trying their first warm smoked olives in a brew pub in San Francisco. They returned home to BC and over the next few years tried to source smoked olives for themselves and their gourmet food store to no avail. So, they bought a smoker—and the rest is history.
