This tropical non-alcoholic riff on the classic is pure delight! Shake 2 oz Seedlip Garden with 1 oz syrup, 1 oz fresh lime juice and a pinch of sea salt if you have it. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the dehydrated pineapple wheel.
